A Truly Revolutionary Recruitment Tool
People lie and questionnaires make them lie. But not our recruitment tool.
Traditionally, the recruitment process is organized around questionnaires based on a so-called "direct" methodology. A questionnaire, by its nature, allows the candidate to answer what they think is the best response, making the questionnaire a self-reported tool: the individual reports and expresses what they want to express and can thus bias the results of the questionnaire by "choosing" their answers.
The solution proposed by DeePsy is a recruitment tool based on an indirect methodology.
Our tool takes into account the reaction times of the candidate under different conditions.
This distinction ensures a spontaneous and unique response from each candidate, and a unique score for each candidate.
A Recruitment Tool with Proven Results
What is a DeepGame, and why does it work?
DeePsy offers a range of DeepGames: A series of game-based recruitment tools using an "indirect" and innovative methodology
Our methodology stands out from the usual questionnaires used during recruitment processes.
In a 2014 study, three groups of workers were asked to respond to both a questionnaire and a test using the DeePsy method. The contexts were different:
- For the first two groups of workers, the questionnaire and test were part of an annual staff evaluation procedure conducted in their companies.
- For the third group, it was just a university study with no connection to their workplaces.
The results showed that in the case of a questionnaire, the results were significantly different between the groups. However, in the context of the "DeePsy" methodology, the results were the same. What can be concluded from this study: in a context where workers are motivated to make a good impression, such as during an evaluation or recruitment, the DeePsy methodology surpasses any questionnaire-type recruitment tool.
Don’t let biases fool you!
Why DeePsy is the Recruitment Tool You Need
A recruitment error can be costly. Between dismissal costs, maintenance costs, loss of the employee and indirect costs, it is estimated that a recruitment error costs on average between 30,000 to 150,000 euros.
Often, the responsibility for these errors can be linked to a faulty recruitment tool whose results are biased.
The solution that DeePsy offers with its expertise and innovative "indirect" methodology guarantees the reliability of a result.
Investing in an effective recruitment tool allows for long-term increases in general job satisfaction through the relevance of the candidate-company match and also helps prevent turnover, absenteeism, and other unseen costs that are expensive.
